Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name, email address, verified mobile number, authentication identifiers, subscription status, quiz attempts, and support messages. We also process limited security information such as hashed device and request identifiers to bind a free trial to one device and prevent abuse. Razorpay processes payment-card information; mygkpass does not store full card details.
Verification services
Firebase Authentication processes email verification and password-recovery requests. When you request mobile verification, your phone number is sent to and stored by Google and its service providers for verification, SMS delivery, and spam and abuse prevention. Standard carrier messaging charges may apply.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, verify accounts, manage trials and subscriptions, calculate quiz results, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and retention
Application data is stored with Google Cloud and Firebase. The application profile stores only the last four digits and verification status of a mobile number; Firebase Authentication retains the linked number. We retain account and transaction records for as long as required to operate the service and meet legal obligations. Support and security logs are retained only for a reasonable operational period.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data by emailing support@mygkpass.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained under applicable law.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, secure cookies, restricted service accounts, and audit logging. No online system is risk-free. Report a concern to support@mygkpass.com.
